Job Description

Leeding Builders Group, Division of AECOM has immediate openings for Construction Project Managers (I) for our ongoing exciting construction projects in New York City.

Job Description:

Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

BA/BS Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 4 years of relevant experience in high rise, vertical construction or AA/AS and 6 years of relevant construction experience or HS/GED + 8 years of relevant construction experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project experience to include high rise commercial, residential and/or hospitality construction experience.
Experience overseeing construction projects with multiple sub-contracted trades.
Experience with construction management documentation.
Ability to interact with clients as well as construction management.
Experience with construction documentation, construction management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Demonstrated experience with a large GC on vertical construction projects.
Experience working with inspectors, designers and clients.
Experience managing various aspects of a construction project.
Ability to work as a team or independently as necessary.
Offered rate of compensation (New York City only) will be based on individual education, qualification, experience and work location. The salary range for the position is $100,945.50 (annually) – $186,749.18 annually (exempt).
