As a member of a Research & Engineering (R&E) team you will improve and optimize product designs for Huggies Little Movers diapers, Huggies Little Snugglers diapers and Huggies Snug and Dry Diapers. Responsibilities: Lead long term product development efforts for multiple front-end ideas from conception through prototype and into project initiation. Support the development of product design strategy to deliver desired consumer benefits while ensuring alignment with Vision/Migration plans. Lead front-end development of product key milestones, budget, timeline, and resource forecast for assigned project(s). Manage development and lead execution of learning plan in conjunction with Marketing Research and Innovation Testing teams Facilitate discussions with marketing and the design team regarding concept development and claims spaces.
