**Job Description**

Our WA Environment Business has a great opportunity for a Technical Director to join our Geosciences and Remediation Team in Perth. Our Environment team is comprised of environmental engineers, scientists, geologists, hydrologists, hydrogeologists, and ecologists and we are looking for a technical specialist to lead a wide range of contaminated land projects, including large international oil and gas, mining and public sector clients across Western Australia and further afield.

As a director and senior member of our team, you will provide technical leadership and innovation, driving the strategic development and continued growth of our business. Utilising your strong client relationships and significant experience in the industry, your focus will be on supporting business development, building the technical capability of our team and contributing to large, complex multi-disciplinary projects.

This role will offer you a wide variety of opportunities and may include:

+ Leading a variety of small to large sized projects locally and participating in larger, complex projects across the region

+ Undertaking peer review of technical and editorial content of proposals and deliverables

+ Winning and delivering projects across contaminated sites investigation and remediation

+ Managing and delivering major contaminated land projects through to site reclassification

+ Acting as the technical lead for a wide variety of projects including due diligence, investigation design and execution

+ Mentoring and training members of the Geosciences and Remediation Services Team

**Qualifications**

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

+ >20 years relevant experience

+ Demonstrated consulting experience in delivering a variety of contamination investigation and remediation scopes, with an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and track record of achieving reclassification of site under the Contaminated Sites Act 2003

+ Focus on technical excellence and service delivery

+ Relevant tertiary qualifications
