The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our manufacturing plant, with a focus on maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. As a Permanent Technical Manager, you will be leading a team of supervisors and technicians, and working closely with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the engineering teams, including maintenance, reliability, process, and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems, and ensure that all incidents are reported and investigated. Ensure that all plant equipment is maintained and repaired in a timely and cost-effective manner. Work closely with other departments, including Engineering, Quality Control, and Environmental Health and Safety, to ensure that all plant operations are in compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing plant, preferably in the petroleum or refinery industry. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and process problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders. Interested in hearing more?
