Job Description

Our professionals specialize in design, master planning, environmental and ecological planning, strategic planning and economic development. We create implementable solutions that promote sustainable land use and enhance the quality of life.

We are looking for an Associate Director / Director to join our prestigious Landscape team under the Urbanism + Planning business line in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Landscape professionals in Hong Kong by taking design initiatives and mentoring young designers in the project team.
  • Act as the Design Lead or the deputy lead on Landscape Projects.
  • Lead the technical supervision, training and skill development and perform team/resources planning and management.
  • Responsible for client liaison and communications;
  • Coordinate with other studios and business lines within Hong Kong and Asia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in landscape architecture or closely related field required.
  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Landscape Architecture, with 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Holders of a corresponding professional accreditation would be an advantage but not mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Overseas exposure would be an advantage
