Due to a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for a principal level consultant to join our growing team. As part of our well-established group, you will take a key role in delivering excellence in client-service on projects from a range of markets including Power (renewables and grid modernisation), Mining, Transport, and Defence.Our IAP Technical Practice covers a range of service offerings within the Environment Business Line including undertaking environmental constraints analysis, environmental impact assessment, obtaining environmental approvals, environmental management, auditing, and environmental compliance. We are looking for a Principal Environmental Scientist who can work collaboratively to prepare and manage high-quality environmental impact assessments. You will be confident in translating technical information into accessible language in your written work and other communications.What will a day in this role look like:Working closely with industry specialists to undertake and coordinate environmental impact assessments and approvals on high-profile, challenging projects.Work alongside Management Teams, to ensure environmental matters are appropriately considered and managed at all stages of design development and project constructionProject manage,  develop bids and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders on a range of projects.Support the continued growth of our business and foster the development of environmental planning and approvals across the region.   QualificationsThe following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
