  • Participate in field reviews, public meetings, regulatory hearings, and similar project meetings, on an as-needed basis.
  • Work within quality/budget/schedule expectations and scope-specific assignments.
  •  Support ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client value on projects.
  • Work as an integral part of the Impact Assessment team and support the goals of the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, planning, biology, natural resources, or related discipline.

  • Technical competence and broad knowledge of permitting best practices, with a solid grasp of the key impact assessment and management issues for land development and infrastructure projects (e.g., future land use, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, natural resources, protected species, and visual impact assessment).
  • Willingness and desire to travel to support public involvement activities, stakeholder meetings, and permitting meetings, not anticipated to exceed 25%.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills.
